Well I am happy to say that today has been so fun. I was thinking of something fun for us to do on this wonderful day of independence. On this momentous 4th of July and decided on Chuck E Cheese! Man was it a blast! I had a coupon that gives you 100 tokens for $15 dollars.
Alisha and I debated on weather to get 100 or just get 20! When it came down to it I acted like a little kid and got what I wanted. 100 because I knew we would use them all and it would be amazingly fun. Okay, I have to let you in on a little secret about me! I do not know what you call it but I like to do things only if we get to go all the way! For example, I have to be in the front row at a concert or really good seats. If there is an option between first class and second class seats on an airplane and the monetary difference is slim or not greater that $50 bucks, you are going to have to do a lot of talking to get me to see that the money is not worth it! So when it comes to 20 or 100 tokens, I want 100 tokens.
Game after game we ran around that place with nothing on our minds but to gather as many tickets as possible. You see Alisha and I have always enjoyed an outing to the Chuck of Cheese! We would go and play Ski Ball and just have a blast. Imagine two teenagers running around with little kids fighting for a spot at the Dino Spinner. We have thousands of tickets saved up. I have no idea how many we have, but I bet it is over 3000!
- - - - This just in - - - We have 3,601!!!! Nice huh!
No we are at home letting the kids take their naps and we as parents get a moment to breath. My wife more than me because the kids stick to her like white on rice, glass of milk, and a paper plate in a snow storm. (what movie is that line from?) It is becoming more apparent that my sons are coming around and noticing their Daddy a little more. Soon my wife tells me it will all be about me!
Finally, today i am going to take an adventure with my father In law (Mervin). We are going to try and make our own beer! I am very excited and hopeful that in few years I will be able to walk to my fridge, open the door, and my choices will be between my beer and my beer. Hope everyone has a great 4th!
